Due to the nature of our products, all beverage sales are final. We do not accept returns on drinks once they have been prepared or served.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your drink due to preparation error or product quality, please notify us immediately at the time of purchase. We will gladly:
Refunds will not be issued once the drink has been consumed or removed from our service area.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions once service has begun. For pre-paid events canceled due to weather, we will work with clients to reschedule when possible.
Portions of proceeds donated to animal rescue or community organizations are non-refundable.
